CQ2B series compact air cylinder is a high-efficiency linear drive component, engineered for space-constrained automation scenarios with excellent stability and durability.
Adopting high-strength aluminum alloy body with hard anodizing treatment, it realizes lightweight while enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance, reducing equipment load and extending service life. The piston rod is chrome-plated, matching low-friction seal ring to ensure smooth movement with low noise and no air leakage.
It supports double-acting drive mode,, adapting to most industrial environments. Bore size covers 12-100mm(or 200mm) for flexible selection; reserved magnetic switch slot (magnet ring optional) enables real-time position detection for intelligent control.
Built-in rubber buffer effectively absorbs end impact, protecting cylinder and connected devices, lowering maintenance cost. With multiple installation methods (through-hole standard, other types optional), it’s widely applied to electronics assembly, packaging machinery, small fixtures, automated testing equipment and more.
