CG1BN series air cylinder is a highly adaptable lightweight pneumatic actuator, featuring high precision, low loss and multi-scenario compatibility, meeting the power drive needs of various automated equipment.
1. Core Performance: Adopts double-acting single-rod structure. Low break-away pressure design ensures smooth start-stop without stuck or abnormal noise, improving equipment stability; Standard TPU anti-collision gaskets reduce end-of-stroke impact significantly and extend the service life of cylinders and overall equipment.
2. Premium Material: Cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy, lightweight and corrosion-resistant; Piston rod is S45C hard chrome-plated ground rod, wear-resistant; Bidirectional piston sealing structure with excellent sealing performance, suitable for lubricated/non-lubricated compressed air, reducing maintenance frequency.
3. Flexible Adaptation: Full bore sizes 20/25/32/40/50/63/80/100mm available, standard stroke 25-300mm (max customized 1500mm); Supports multiple mounting methods (basic, flange, trunnion, foot etc), no extra bracket customization needed, easy to install and fit space-limited scenarios.
